Who we are
DaycareMarketerz is a marketing automation and CRM platform for daycare centers, operated by Jim Harris, based in Long Beach, California. When we say "DaycareMarketerz," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy, we mean the platform and its operator.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, from whom, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Data we collect from daycare owners (customers)
When a daycare owner creates an account or uses the platform, we collect:
Account information
- Name and email address (required for account creation)
- Daycare center name, address, and phone number
- Password (stored as a hashed value — never in plain text)
Payment information
- Billing address and subscription plan
- Payment card details are processed by Stripe and never stored on DaycareMarketerz servers. We receive only a token and last-four-digits summary from Stripe.
Usage data
- Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited within the platform, timestamps
- Feature usage: which CRM features, automations, and campaigns you use
- Communications: emails and SMS messages sent through the platform, and delivery/open/click events returned by our email provider (Brevo)
Data we collect from leads (parents of young children)
When a parent submits a form on a daycare owner's website that is powered by our embed widget, we collect and store on behalf of that daycare owner:
- Parent name, email address, and phone number
- Child name and age
- Desired enrollment start date
- Tour scheduling preference
- Free-form inquiry message
- Consent flags (email consent, SMS consent) — recorded with timestamp
- Attribution data: UTM parameters, referrer URL, landing page, and ad click identifiers (gclid, fbclid) where present
Parents: The daycare center whose website you used is the primary controller of your information. They chose to use DaycareMarketerz as a tool to manage your inquiry. If you want to know how your information is used, please contact that daycare center directly. If you cannot reach them and have a privacy concern, contact us at sales@mobilewebmds.com.
DaycareMarketerz acts as a data processor for parent/lead data — we hold it, we protect it, and we use it only to operate the service on behalf of the daycare owner.
How we use data
For daycare owners, we use account and usage data to:
- Operate and improve the platform
- Send service communications (receipts, feature updates, security notices)
- Process subscription payments
- Provide customer support
- Generate aggregate, anonymized usage analytics to guide product development
For lead data (parents), we use it only to:
- Store the inquiry on behalf of the daycare owner
- Trigger automated follow-up communications (email and SMS) authorized by the daycare owner and consented to by the parent
- Display lead information within the daycare owner's CRM pipeline
- Score leads based on engagement signals to help the daycare owner prioritize follow-up
We do not sell parent lead data. We do not use it for advertising targeting. We do not share it with third parties other than the service providers listed below.
SMS consent and TCPA compliance
Opt-in: Parents who provide a phone number through a DaycareMarketerz-powered form will only receive automated SMS messages if they have explicitly checked an SMS consent checkbox on that form. Consent is recorded with a timestamp and stored in our database.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies by enrollment stage and the daycare owner's automation settings. Typical frequency is 1–4 messages per enrollment inquiry cycle.
To stop messages: Reply STOP at any time to any SMS message. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further automated messages from that daycare center.

Daycare owners using DaycareMarketerz are responsible for ensuring their lead capture forms include compliant SMS consent language before enabling SMS automations.
Data sharing and sub-processors
We share data only with the service providers required to operate the platform:
- Supabase — database and authentication (data stored in US region)
- Brevo (Sendinblue) — email delivery
- Twilio — SMS delivery
- Stripe — payment processing
- Railway — backend hosting
Each provider is contractually bound to use your data only for the purpose of providing services to us.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
Data retention
- Active accounts: Data is retained for the duration of the subscription.
- Cancelled accounts: Account and lead data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. Owners may request immediate deletion by contacting us.
- Data export: Owners may request a full export of their lead data at any time by emailing sales@mobilewebmds.com.
- Backups: Anonymized backup snapshots may persist for up to 30 additional days in line with our hosting provider's retention policy.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data:
- All data in transit is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
- Database access is restricted to authenticated service accounts
- Row-level security is enforced at the database layer for tenant data isolation
- API endpoints require JWT authentication except publicly designated lead-submission endpoints
No system is perfectly secure. If you believe there has been a breach affecting your data, contact us immediately at sales@mobilewebmds.com.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy law including:
- Access: Request a copy of personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
- Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
- Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the unsubscribe link in the footer of that email
